Ross Yehia-Hubbard brings over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, capital formation, and strategic advisory services. His career spans family office management, institutional investing, and entrepreneurial ventures across the US, UK, and international markets. As Founder and Managing Partner of RHY Consulting LLC, Ross advises startups, SMEs, and alternative fund managers across TMT, Energy and Real Estate sectors. His practice focuses on business strategy, business development, financial consultancy, and M&A advisory for a select group of retained clients.

Murphy Poindexter

Murphy brings over 15 years of experience across private capital advisory, cross-border transactions, and operational strategy spanning the US and Japan. A graduate of West Virginia University who also studied at Sophia University in Tokyo, he spent a decade in the Asia-Pacific region launching ventures and advising on financial structuring across renewable energy, technology, and media. Murphy has managed and executed deals across debt and equity covering hundreds of millions of dollars, and has held executive roles at both venture-backed and publicly traded companies. He combines deep deal-side experience with a practitioner's approach to AI-native workflows and advanced automation.

Brad is a seasoned finance and markets professional with over 40 years of experience across global capital markets, alternative investments, and business development. Built on a foundation of 30 years in macro trading on Wall Street — including roles at SAC Capital Advisors and as founder of Bohling Capital Management — he brings deep expertise navigating market cycles and executing across asset classes. Brad has extensive experience in alternative asset fundraising, working closely with institutional investors, family offices, and select, high-quality networks. Known for a relationship-driven approach and a broad, trusted network developed over decades across financial and entrepreneurial ecosystems, he brings a strong commercial lens and strategic insight to every engagement.
