Our Story
RHY consulting is the culmination of 20+ years of collective workings of its founder from startups to multi-national corporations, from financial services, to real estate to TMT, from London to New York and everywhere in between.

We are based in Garden City, New York, we deliver business services and consultancy to small and lower middle market companies, start-ups, funds, family offices, entrepreneurs and high networth individuals.

Why were we created? Simple. After decades of industry experience across sectors and geographies, building our robust networks, it was easy for us to provide key services for clients who wanted and needed expertise that they could turn to at any point in time. Regardless of how big or small the ask or need was, they had a point of contact that could provide trusted guidance, resource and a vetted network quickly and efficiently.

How We Engage

MONTHLY RETAINER
We use industry standard structure for most of our services, however our rates are matched with the scale of our clients' needs. Recognising our clients are smaller and lower mid-markets we aim to be flexible on our fees so not burden the cash flow of the business. We use monthly retainers for ongoing service and access and to make the relationship professional. We do not bill hourly, we believe in getting paid for results.

SUCCESS FEE
We believe that aligning interests is the key to success and therefore shift the primary compensation to success fees over monthly engagement fees, we tailor our success fees based on transaction value and deal structure which may include Lehman formulas and kickers to align incentives with the desired objectives
